Fusion 21 appoints 112 consultants to new framework

Procurement organisation and social enterprise Fusion21, has announced the suppliers successfully appointed to its national Consultants Framework following a highly competitive tender process – worth up to £120 Million over a four-year period.

A total of 112 specialist firms – including 80% SMEs – have secured a place on the framework which is expected to support more than 100 projects each year.

Offering 12 lots, including one for heritage and conservation, it has been developed to meet the needs of a wide range of public sector organisations – including housing, education, health, blue light, local authorities, and central government.

The framework covers a broad spectrum of consultancy services, from multidisciplinary to surveying; stock monitoring and appraisal; architectural; environmental; engineering and project management.

Now in its fifth iteration, the framework features four new lots – Building Information Modelling; Fit Out Consultancy; Facilities Management Consultancy and Zero Carbon and Sustainability.

Framework benefits include:

  • Flexible approaches to call off without reopening competition – Direct Award (with or without Negotiation) and Single Stage Further Competition
  • Procured in line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015
