TOP 100 law firm Ward Hadaway has notched up another social housing client after securing a place on One Manchester’s legal panel.
The firm’s social housing team has offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, and now represents One Manchester, Leeds Federated, Your Housing Group, North Star Housing,
Ward Hadaway has secured a place on One Manchester’s legal panel after a string of successful social housing wins for the team, Mosscare St Vincent’s, and Broadacres Housing Association following a string of tender wins.

The firm will advise One Manchester on a whole range of different legal services, including development, employment, general commercial and multi-faceted matters. The contract will be for three years with the possibility of extending for a further two years.
Executive partner in Manchester, Paul Johnson, will lead the team, which consists of specialists across the firm with particular expertise in social housing. This includes head of social housing, John Murray, property partner Julia Thomson for development matters, head of employment law, Harmajinder Hayre, for employment matters and head of commercial law, Colin Hewitt, on all general commercial matters.
