March 2022: In a first for the housing sector, a new collaboration between two cloud-based software providers is set to revolutionise works and compliance management for social landlords with the integration of job scheduling from More IQ to Propeller Powered’s existing compliance management solutions in a single UX.

Both businesses provide true Cloud solutions, developed on and maintained in the Cloud to offer maximum agility and fast, secure service with lower costs, lower emissions and less risk for in-house IT teams.

Propeller focuses on compliance management across all key areas of statutory compliance including fire safety, gas and electrical. More IQ specialises in reactive scheduling and optimisation software for mobile workforces, that adapts to all daily activities and events in real-time based on actual progress. Using More IQ has been shown to improve productivity by up to 20%.

Propeller MD Dave Carr said “We’re really excited to be launching this partnership with MoreIQ. As well as providing complementary products, our businesses are closely aligned in our fundamental goal to provide accessible, best-in-class services to the housing sector.

“This partnership means that integrated scheduling is now available to those organisations that have not previously had budget for it, so that teams out in the field and support staff can work as efficiently as possible without the need for an entirely new system or significant investment.”

Nick Shipton, More IQ MD said “Both MoreIQ and Propeller are customer-centric organisations and this new partnership allows us both to offer the broader functionality that the housing sector needs, for the very first time. Faced with a skills shortage, and constant budgetary constraints, we’re confident that our collaboration will be a welcome offering to many.”

A pilot scheme is currently underway, with full launch due in late spring 2022.
