ONE Vision Housing (OVH) is investing in an upgrade of its housing management system.

The Bootle-based housing association, part of the Sovini Group, has awarded the contract to MIS Active Management Systems.

The new system is part of a wider and ongoing programme to update, improve and simplify its legacy systems, OVH says. The upgrade is expected to create “significant operational efficiencies” in how the organisation manages its properties, tenancies, incomes and customer relationships.

“In order to support significant future growth while simultaneously continuing to provide the best service to our customers, we needed a robust, ‘future-ready’ system,” said Ian Mitchell, managing director of OVH. “MIS will work with us to deliver a bespoke housing management system, which will increase efficiency and further enrich our customer journey.”

Chris McLaughlin, managing director of MIS, said: “ActiveH’s full housing management system will provide One Vision Housing with the ability to gain efficiencies for all parties; residents and employees allowing them to access all the housing information in one place.”
