ONWARD Living is all set to open the doors to two new show apartments at its Potters Mews development in Wirral later this month.

The business is the shared ownership and sales arm of housing association Onward Homes and was launched earlier this year.

Potters Mews, on Field Road, in New Brighton consists of 13 one- and two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership.

The government-backed shared ownership scheme is intended to help people onto the property ladder by offering them the opportunity to part-buy, part-rent a home with a low deposit.

The company is selling the properties at £46,000 for a 40% share, with deposits starting at £2,300.

“The launch of the show home is an important point for any development. This is the moment when people can see how their new home will look for the first time,” said Sandy Kelly, Onward Living’s head of sales.
