Raven Housing Trust has appointed Natalie Flageul as Executive Director of Customer Experience.
Natalie joins the Surrey-based housing association in this new role, created as part of the organisation’s ongoing transformation of the way Raven delivers services to customers and communities.
With a track record in delivering outstanding results for customers, employees and organisations, Natalie joins the Raven team following four years as Director of Customer Experience at SSE Energy Services. At SSE she led change by using customer insight to identify what really mattered to customers and implemented a way of working that changed the organisation’s culture to one driven by the customers’ priorities.
Attracted to Raven because its values match her own, and with a desire to be part of a purpose driven organisation, Natalie joins Raven’s Executive Team, where she will use her drive and passion to make a real difference to each and every customer.
