The West Midlands Public Land Taskforce will explore how public land could be better used to benefit local communities and the region.
The study will collect data across eight Homes England sites over the next six years to test the performance of different types of MMC.

The measures aim to encourage England’s 20 largest cities and urban centres to build new homes using vacant buildings and underused land.
Homes England has called on the sector to follow it in signing the charter which builds on recommendations made after the Grenfell Tower fire.
