Jill Haley, CEO of Byker Community Trust (BCT), has confirmed her early retirement following BCT’s transfer to Karbon Homes.
Byker Community Trust has transferred the 1,800 homes to Karbon as part of a partnership aimed at bringing new investment to the estate.
Tolent is building 54 new assisted living homes on behalf of Newcastle City Council in the Scotswood area of the city.

The ‘Future Homes’ project will see a community of 66 sustainable, affordable homes built at Newcastle’s innovation district Newcastle Helix.
Karbon is working with Esh Construction, one of the North East’s largest contractors, to develop the 25 new affordable homes in Byker.
