The housing association has been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award – for its outstanding health and safety performance during 2022/23, and the RoSPA Fleet Safety Gold Award, for demonstrating excellence in managing occupational road risk during 2022/23.
Organisations receiving a RoSPA Award are recognised as being committed to continual improvement and leaders in excellent health and safety practice. The RoSPA awards are one of the most prestigious and recognised schemes in the world with nearly 2,000 entrants, from 50 countries covering a total of 7 million employees.
It is the third year in a row The Guinness Partnership has been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award being recognised for its:
- Strong health and safety culture.
- Effective health and safety management.
- Commitment to health, wellbeing and continued improvement.
The Guinness Partnership has also been given the Fleet Safety Gold Award for the fourth consecutive year.

Our performance continues to go from strength to strength and these awards are great external recognition of the work we are doing to proactively promote health and safety at The Guinness Partnership.”
The RoSPA Ceremony will be held on 16 May in London.
